Note to ILISP system maintainers:

This version of RUTGERS/UCI LISP contains a number of corrections and
additions  to the original UCI LISP as available from UC-Irvine.  All
of the new features are documented in ILISP.MAN, with SAILSP.MAN  and
UCILSP.MAN  containing  slightly  modified  versions  of the original
LISP 1.6 and UCI LISP  manuals.   Note  that  there  have  been  some
deletions  from  UCI LISP  -  notably  the deletion of AND#, OR#, and
MEMBER#, and the removal of the QUEUE subsystem.  It  is  recommended
that  existing  files  containing  the  old "#" functions be SOSed or
TECOed to change to the standard AND, OR, etc.  The  QUEUE  code  has
been  turned  off  in  ILISP.MAC  because  it  was found to interface
incorrectly with the current version of TOPS-10, and because  it  was
not  felt  to  be  useful enough to fix.  Turn it back on at your own
risk.

The  ILISP system at Rutgers is kept in the directory LSP: ([11,10]).
In order to run the system, the following files  must  be  copied  to
SYS:

	ILISP.LOW
	ILISP.SHR
	ILISP.LOD
	ILISP.SYM
	ILISPC.SAV		(This is the ILISP Compiler.)

In addition to the basic system, RUTGERS/UCI LISP versions of the  AI
languages  MICRO-PLANNER,  CONNIVER, and FUZZY are also provided - to
make them Runnable (Instead of RUnnable) copy the following files  to
SYS:

	PLNR.SAV
	CNVR.SAV
	FUZZY.SAV
